FinePix Viewer bookmarks

My bookmarks won't save on FPV on my powerbook.
Running OSX 10.3.5 FPV 3.3.1E

I have to navigate to picture folders every time. It is like starting FPV for 1st time everytime I run it.

Any suggestions?

there is a 3.3.3 version out that may help.

Unfortunately the only thing I use it for is importing pix to my mac, then I use the Hyper Util2 software that came with the S20, which is an expensive way to get it!

Try the upgrade though.

try downloading the most current FPV from this site .

it works very well for my on my G4 and Ibook when I travel.

Upgraded to 3.3.3 and still...

Must be either a user problem or an OSX thing.

I didn't even know it HAD bookmarks.

I just marked some stuff in two folders, quit the program, and restarted it and they were still there. So I'm assuming that you lose them when you restart the program, right?

One thing I do when I want to keep a pict is rename it and the associated raw file. Stick a space in the front and the renamed files will all go to the beginning of the folder.

Also, repair permissions just for grins. Never a bad idea, and who knows, maybe it's that simple.

I repaired permissions, rebooted and repeated and still won't save bookmarks.

when I get a problem like this where there's something wrong and it seems to be only me...

I'm going to try to figure out how that program works and see what I can suggest.
