Can't get out of H mode

Have new S2, shot a whole card (smartmedia 128) on the N 3024 setting, downloaded fine, reformatted in camera to be safe, but NOW cannot get the function reading of N to be same in the SetUp menu, and am only allowed 4 shots! Can't find anything about this in manuals. Any help out there?

Sound like you have the controls locked.
Go to the 2nd menu and check the right-most display icon.
Toggle the lock off. Then you can go to the other menus and change things.

Thanks, Mike. I didn't have the controls locked, however, I reformatted two more times in-camera, and it worked as N 3024 again.

Like most things digital, if you just turn it on and off enough it straightens itself out!

Its on the PLAY press MENU select FORMAT press OK and CONFIRM and Bobs your Uncle (what does that mean? [Strangely enough Bob is my uncle])

Hey guys...just a word of warning...my two week old camera promptly died after shooting the second round of images. Thank god I downloaded them first. It is back for repair, now, which was my only option....I think it is a piece of crap and I can't believe Fuji put its name on it and I wrote "George" Tanaka and told him that .
Like most things, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I really wish I had forked over the money and gotten the Kodak 14N.......(if you see my camera for sale on eBay...don't buy it!!)

From what I read, dont' buy the kodak either. Maybe Cannon?
