I make only a crop in PS7.
Iso: 100
1/6 sec - F5.6 - 400mm(x1,5=600mm equivalence) - Handheld
For the experience that I had with this lens and the carried through photos already with it, I advise that they use the "mode 1" in night, and "mode 2" in daylight on the lens, it is enough with the VR and it saves some battery.
When to take off photos of this type, with this lens, leave to breathe for brief moments!;)
