Record speed

My images, in the last couple of days, seem to be taking consideranly longer to record to my CF, regardless of resolution or number of images previously recorded. Is this a function of the CF itself or is there another explanation?

Never heard of the problem for our cameras...
You might try the trick the kids use for their gameboys--take the card out & blow the connectors & receptors... seems dust sometimes gets in the tiny holes & stops or slows things down...

Have you tried formatting it again? It may be fragmented.
