Heres Spode, myself, and Nipper sailing under The Bounty, a Fisher Mk.3 Flying skrim, in the driveway.
The cat attacks the tassles...
Self portrait with limited success.......

Good one Doug! It took me a couple of seconds to find the cat...looks like in a full gallup toward the tassels. Just wondering what you used this for? Background? Reflector? Diffuser? Can you show the end results?

Thanks for making me

Heres an 8x12inch print shot on 67Pentax using the scrim as a diffuser.
This was done last century.
Its being re-juvinated with its new Manfroto 267U stand which is the one in the forground holding the boom.
The muslin cloth is 2x3 meters so it also makes a good reflector.
I have this in sailcloth too but its risky in the wind unless its sandbagged and/or cable braced.
In Sept I have a few good projects for this style of light.

Looks like that could be a very handy device. I mostly do studio portraits, however sometimes I get a request for outside and could really use one of those. Thanks for the example, nice job!

This unit needs a crew but pleasing results make it worth the effort. :voegeli:
