Hello,

I'm unable to use the finePix viewer on a first generation beige G3 which doesn't have a native USB port. (I installed a firewire card) When I launch the FinePix Viewer i get this notice: "The application "FinePixViewer" could not be openedbecause "USBManagerLib" could not be found"

Has anyone experienced this problem and can it be dealt with short of buying a new computer? Is their another imaging viewing software, which doesn't require the "USBManagerLib" which I can quickly view thumbs, edit and organize?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Carl

If you're running Photoshop 7 or Photoshop Elements 2 and you're using JPEGs, you can use the browse feature of those programs. If you use raw you can get Adobe's raw converter software and convert that way. Another way to convert is to get MacBibble <http://www.bibblelabs.com/> and check out their program for raw conversion. For viewing thumnails you might try Graphic Converter <http://www.lemkesoft.com/us_index.html>. That won't convert raw, but will display thumbnails and you can click on them to get full size images. I found Fuji's FinePix software to be junk and took it off my disk.
