"Put your hand in the hand of the Man who stilled the waters...
put your hand in the hand of the Man who calmed the sea"...

I'm going in for some minor stuff myself next month Eric, so that's what I'll be doing, like I said there's still a lot left in you LiVe.

Peace be with you tomorrow young Brudda :)

Not having to undergo surgery is wonderful news! I hope they have some sort of therapy/exercises or whatever to help you feel better.

If surgery is recommended please get a second opinion. Once they start fiddling with your spine many things can go bad in succession. I went through a spinal injury 20 years ago and am glad I didn't let them fuse two vertibrae. Exercising again and stretching actually cured my particular ailments. Surgeons just like to cut.

Backs have a way of working themselves out over time. I was once told I may need surgery on my lower spine. Over time the issue cleared itself up - almost as if the affected joint fused itself.

Chiroprocators have the right idea, but they haven't perfected it yet. My advice is to avoid them too. Physio would be a better solution. Exercise and good posture will help too.

Oh, and carrying an S2 with a huge lens doesn't help :)
