I emailed a friend an example of a photo edit I did on a girl's gums.. so I thought I'd post it on here. The first shot is the before picture. What do ya'll have?

You did a great job! I added to it a bit, by adding some depth to her lips. It may not be the way her lips really are, but the little I did add also detracts from the gums and the slight protrusion of her teeth.

Ive left the lips alone but cleaned her teeth, darkened the highlight in the gums, desaturated a bit and cropped the ear off.

wow..now that I see it blown up like that, I don't like how the eyes turned out. Oh well...I'll keep practicing.

Hmm... I like the "unedited" one better.. the eyes might be a bit dark.. but the overall lighting is great imo..

LOVE the edit LW. Maybe just a tad overshrpened tho. Bring the eyes, nose and mouth down a titch and you'll have a winner!
