I don't think this is the one you mean but it was all that B&H had available. If it is the one you mean the it is available.

Hello Wayne,
Thanks for your answer. But I don't have found exactly what I want in the url you give me.
I have soon this lens : http://www.nikonusa.com/usa_product/product.jsp?cat=1&grp=5&productNr=1974NCP
And I want change for this one :
http://www.nikonusa.com/usa_product/product.jsp?cat=1&grp=5&productNr=2143NCP
It's a new version of the same lens, but with 3 ED glasses and specially designed for digital cameras.
I know that the 28-200 zooms are not the best optical lenses. But for me, It is easy to have only ONE lense to shoot wilde and details of the same subject in the same time. And, never changing lens, I'm shure that never durst can come into the camera.
Really, it's a problem for me to find the ideal lens with : wild and close-up in the same lens, good aperture, ...macro (!).... Does not exists !
I don't know what must I do.

Shure, it's not the best optical lense, but with my 28-200 Nikon, I can shoot in the same time this...
(the man at left is preparing a somersault)
.../...

... and (3 seconds after) this shoot :

I to have a 28 to 200 and it is my favorite lens. What it looses in sharpness, etc. it gains in versitility. It is often the only lens I take with me to use on either my F-100 or S2 Pro. If you are only printing up to 11 X 14 then it produces wonderful pictures. When I have to have dead sharp pictures then I use the Nikon 60mm Micro.
