These were taken this afternoon at a rather small demonstration in Bristol. So small in fact that the police nearly outnumbered the protestors!! It was good to get back to doing some street photography after my portrait stuff.

Not sure of the first one, I think it should be in colour but I will let you decide.

Desaturated in PSCS with Double Hue/Saturation Layers

Both have a strong impact.
Generally B&W suits better to reportage (a'la H.C Bresson), but this yellow fluo makes the difference.
My vote goes to color.

Definitely the color in this instance. The yellow in the eyes and the yellow in the clothes makes this shot. In black and white, it's gone and you wonder why you're looking at the back of two policemen.
