Zoom function in Playback

It must be in the manual but I can't find it. When playing back images on a S2 how do you zoom in for a closer look ? Thanks, Dave

With the picture up on the LCD, use the D-Pad and press it up to zoom in closer. You can hold it in and it will zoom in incrementally as well. It will start out zooming in slow, then as it gets higher in the zoom range, it will zoom faster and faster.

When you're done zooming, hit the play button once and then you can use the D-Pad to scroll around in all 4 directions. Be careful not to get in too much of a hurry switching between zoom and pan. If you hit the D-Pad to the left or right while in zoom mode, you will move to the next/previous picture which will frustrate you. :)
