I gave them a week after delivery before I called them, and it was a mistake. They are now looking for the person that signed for it a week ago to find out where it went. They claim that after it is found there may be a 2 week delay for repair as well.

This is for the dreaded "Err" problem that has caused many cameras to be recalled. Mine was not a serial number in question on any of their published lists, but failed during normal operation- it took 4 shots and choked before number 5...

A three week repair cycle after less than 3 months of service- not too spectacular! I'm told that if it would have been on the list it would have been a 3 day turnaround- for the same problem!
