Actions

Anyone know if it's possible to import actions from PS7 into CS, or do you have to retype them in?

All you have to do is COPY them from their current folder (assuming you didn't delete everything from the old version of PS) to the Presets/Photoshop Actions directory.
MS Explorer is the easiest to use ...
In CS you will have to LOAD the actions once they are copied over
