Does anyone know what is the latest firmware version and where to get firmware updates for the S2?

As far as I am aware there is no upgrade to firmware for the S2 at the moment. I have heard of someone who sent there S2 back to Fuji because it didn't work correctly, when it was returned the paperwork stated that the fault was repaired and the firmware upgraded. The owner of that S2 also said that he could see no differences what so ever.
I would assume that there may be updated firmware at the manufacturing level, and also in the Fuji service. If and when they make an update with anything significant they will probably require you to send your S2 into them, like Nikon did with the D100.
If you e-mail Fuji thay will probably have a more definitive answer for you.
Happy Shooting

Designed to be easy to learn and to use, the DCS Pro 14n camera delivers the sharpest images possible today and will receive a number of important enhancements over the next several months through firmware upgrades to optimize its specifications. Firmware upgrades are free to Kodak Professional digital camera customers, and are a compelling part of the DCS Pro 14n camera's value and appeal - the ability to "renew" the camera regularly by adding functional enhancements and new capabilities.
