I think I figured it out...it's not the best...so if someone knows of a tutorial for something like that I would appreciate it.
Thanks,

Alice, why don't you post the two original images (larger) and make it a challenge?
I don't know how to do it, but I'd certainly give it a try. Maybe we'd all find out several ways to do it.
Yours looks good though - how id you do it?

after trying for several hours I finally figured it out. I used Toms tutorial about selecting an image. My biggest problem was when I put the images together, the girl was WAY bigger than the glass. Finally, I figured out that I needed to use the Scale button and make her really tiny, then use the move button and slide her over to the champagne glass. The glass of champagne I borrowed from the Valentines dinner in Anything Goes category. I hope that's ok. I'm sure someone has better pictures than I do to post for the challenge. It would be a fun challenge, as well as educational for us.

Thank you for having ASKED me permission to use my "champagne glass" pic !!!
...not that I would have refused, but I believe it's only the minimum of politness to do so, don't you think ?

JPS...of course you're correct...I hadn't planned on posting that but after I had figured it out what I wanted I put it up to show what it was I was looking for.
I absolutely should have asked your permission. I humbly apologize.:o
