PS I don't like having to act the part of a policeman, but as owner and operator of this site I have my own backside to protect.

I have stated before that the photographer looses every time somebody uses their scanner or copy machine to reproduce a proof. We of all people should respect the copyright laws. Besides the software that is sold by Fuji is pretty hard to beat with third party products, and they should be rewarded for their good efforts. Only Fuji knows why they choose to include the Hyper Utility software in the US packaged product, and charge the rest of the world a high price for this product. This policy only encourages software piracy, and to me runs counter to good marketing. I would like to see them provide the Hyper Utility disk to all S2 Pro users. We should all write to Fuji and complain, but we should not engage in illegal activity.
