Afternoon all!

Not a lot of good information on the topic that my original thread questioned. Guess there were too many spirits of the holidays being "injested" which led to the "requested" information being lost to complete "jesting"! The info on a ghost configuration enhanced by photoshop manipulation led to a dead end! Oh my goodness, I wonder what the minds of serious image makers will conjure up from the "dead end" phrase? Please don't go there! Hopefully this IS the "DEAD END" to this whole affair. I will try not to bother you folks with trivial questions in the future!

My best to you all!

Will make Roy a dull boy.

Sorry if we got too off topic. Sometimes computer threads take on a life of their own. But seriously, send Millers a CD with the digital Files and you should get good results. The Pic-A-Pak prices should include the use of digital images at a great price. My local custom lab will take a CD and proof the pictures for $1.50 per shot. About as cheep as printing the proofs myself on my Epson 2000P. The one thing that I would do is to shoot a few test shots before shooting the whole team. Try some with and without flash if you are outside. Then use the preview mode to review each picture at the site so you can erase and reshoot if necessary. If you normally use color negative film then you have to consider the narrow latitude of digital pictures (similar to slide film). If the team wears white be careful and watch for the white to wash out. There are other threads here with examples of wedding shots that really do a good job of explaining how to avoid the washout so I won't belabor the subject here.

And I was not lying when I said that my wife worked at Millers while I was working on my MBA at Pittsburg State. I have a pretty good friend that teaches photography there now and is really enjoying it.
