I think this looks better than the original color version.

Thanks Igor. It was my Nikkor 24-85 F/3.5-4.5 G lens.

A nice lens, but once I got my 24-120VR I never touched it again. Right now it is sitting in a used photo equipment shop for sale on consignment. Surprisingly, nobody is buying it.

Andre, exactly as my story :) I also used 24-85 before buying 24-120, then sold it on ebay for $250 and am happy I did. :)
Sell yours on ebay too.

If I don't have any luck with the store, I'll try that. I am stuck with letting them try to sell it for a month first.
