Good Afternoon!
I have in the last month bought a new Canon i 9100 to replace my Epson 1280 that died. Although I cannot find any fault with Canon papers, I do use other papers with outstanding results. Why did I buy it!
1. 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution.
2. Speed of the printing due to 3072 nozzles.
3. Quietness of operation.
4. Six ink tanks which saves a lot of ink.
5. Ability to install my own cheaper print head if that ever needs to be done. That was what killed my Epson.
6. Simplicity of operation. Yeah, I can make all of those adjustments that I made with the 1280, but find that I don't have to do that any more.
No, I don't work for Canon and would love to talk them about new papers/sizes. Even so, I love the ouput and hasslefree operation of my i 9100!
Have a great one!
