hello from hong kong and i am happy to join you guys!
i just bought the camera 2 days ago together with an af-s nikkor 24-120 g/vr lens and its original hood. i have been testing it and tonight i discovered that there was a shadow over the lower mid part of the picture. it took me a few minutes to figure it out. it was due to the shadow casted by the edge of the hood. perhaps the inbuilt flash is too rudimentary (position too low). i may have missed it if i use the flash under day light to fill up the picture (i think it would then look less conspicuous and will spoil my pictures).
it took me a few months to decide buying the camera because i was afraid that the s3 will appear soon. i have bought it at last because i really think that it is a nice digital camera although i still love my contax and xpan.
