True we have hijacked a load of names, not just from you Brits (and Scots) but from many other places. In Ontario alone you can visit Berlin, Zurich, Athens, London and Stratford, just to name a few that come to mind. In my defence I must say I have never stolen any names. And most of the Commonwealth names in Canada come from a time when we were British subjects, so I guess that you have your own countrymen to blame for the theft.
