Seems like I've always needed the fastest card out...that I could afford. But first lets see if it works with my camera, in other words, is my camera capable of using the fastest and greatest?

Check out Rob Galbraith's (http://www.robgalbraith.com/bins/multi_page.asp?cid=6007) site, I'd rather make the decision using facts instead of hype.

These work great in our D3s and D300. Fast and no problems with them.

Kingston on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Kingston-CF-4GB-S2-Elite-CompactFlash/dp/B000Y0ZGS2/ref=pd_bbs_sr_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1226625884&sr=8-3)

...will it work in a S2?I think you will find the S2 will be limited by its own "write to" buffer speed and not so much the CF. Might find help on that page under archives?? ...haven't given it a peek for the S2 yet.

Hey, its better than my old Sony FD :woot: :woot: ...which I had prior to the S2. Thought I was in tall cotton then! :bigb:

I really don't need the speed that often....unless you count a fast setting sun...
thanks,
