How can I build a pro photo studio?

How can I build a pro photo studio? How many rooms? have you some plans? where can I found? How many feet high? etc ...

I don't think that there are any hard and fast rules but generally you will need space to move lights up and down so a good high ceiling is a good start.
I would think of what you shoot now and what space you need and what you would prefer, also take into account what you might shoot in the future.
Many people have one studio and use different corners for different room sets or even change the one room round each time for a new set.

Not much help but some things to think about.
