Ulead Photo Impact - Free!

This months "Digital Camera" has a free version of Photo Impact 6 on the cover.

It's a UK magazine which is very good, even without the freebie.

Photo Impact is nowhere near as good as PhotoShop, but better, in my opinion, than Paint Shop Pro. Especially if you do a lot of web graphics.

They also recently released a new version available for web download for approx $90.

Doesn't seem to discuss new improvements with 16bit files.

Does seem to have some improvements in it's dynamic range extender...
