masterfull lighting and great tonality, DOF etc.
But as the hands are "chopped off", I feel uncomfortable with it, would crop
just above the hands IMHO.

Thanks Serge, agree about clumsy crop (although didn't like the "above hands" crop), tried to soften the lower part of the image to compensate...

Excellent portrait, Igor. The pose is very nice and the lighting is perfect. Although I do agree with the crop of the hands, it is a minor point. Thechnically, the photograph is excellent.

Thanks Bruce, yes, "the King" is still alive, and I use it only in studio, it's a PERFECT portrait camera.

A great portrait Igor!
Regardless of the hands, my eyes keep going back to the subject's face and eyes. The DOF is perfect, and the lighting and pose keeps me going back for more. This is a portrait that encourages the viewer to linger.
