2 days ago I shoot for a Hair Style magazine some portraits. This are the first shooting for an magazine who I made. I'm happy because they pick me to make the shooting. I hope you like.

You're shots are great and so is that model........and that's the problem. You seem to have more of her (the model - her face) in the photo than that of her hair style....which is what you were hired for. Focus on the hair more from all sides. The model is secondary........even though she is very, very attractive.

Keep up the good work.

Yes,
thank you, you have right but this is the first time for me shooting in that conditions. Next time I think more for the hair etc. When I shoot that photos my mind fly for a artistic or glamour portraits. The old photographer are shoot more tecnical but they want to shoot diferent way from he, more artistic. I think I must combine this 2 tips of shooting.

Nice shots. I'd probably try to get a plain color background that contrasts nicely with the hair next time, in this case, something darker so the light hair shows up with more contrast, for a darker-haired subject, something lighter, but without any distracting elements.

The first two are where I'd try to frame, since that gets all the hair in the picture.

Well I can tell the 'cut' from the images and since that is what they are selling it works...:)

Granted I wish they had a different background for you, and mostly someone else had done her makeup that eyeshadow near the bridge of her nose bugs me like crazy!
