After spending much time effort and money trying to get consistent satisfactory results from my Epson 2100 (2200 us no cd print)bingo!

I bought a Colorvision Spyder $500 au calibrated my monitor,17inch LG flatron CRT it was way off kilter even though it looked fine after Adobe Gamma setup,downloaded and installed all updated drivers profiles etc and setup photoshop according to the PDF instruction file at this link:

After a few misses I have printed near perfect colour prints in all sizes and res up to A3 a little more fine tuning needed,take my advice experiment on 100mm by 150mm sheets it is cheaper!

Now I can go back to taking some pictures

Brenz, you should advertise locally to calibrate other's monitors. I wish you were here in Atlanta to do mine for a reasonable fee. I don't think I will spend $500, just too much for me. Heck with that much I can buy a new lens! HA Ken

Yes funny you should mention that,I have the only Spyder in a 300 mile radius and everyone down here is mad about digital and home printing.The local paper and a Pro computer shop sell reprints with minimal colour considerations,ah I could really rock their world!

I was thinking $40.00 a throw should cover it.
I would have paid no worries.This almost completes my "Digital Darkroom"
