After spending much time effort and money trying to get consistent satisfactory results from my Epson 2100 (2200 us no cd print)bingo!
I bought a Colorvision Spyder $500 au calibrated my monitor,17inch LG flatron CRT it was way off kilter even though it looked fine after Adobe Gamma setup, downloaded and installed all updated drivers profiles etc and setup photoshop according to the PDF instruction file at this link:
http://tech.epson.com.au/downloads/product.asp?id=stylusPhoto2100&platform=all&submit=Search+%3E%3E
After a few misses I have printed near perfect colour prints in all sizes and res up to A3 a little more fine tuning needed, take my advice experiment on 100mm by 150mm sheets it is cheaper!
Now I can go back to taking some pictures
:D
