D70 + Sigma 70-200 - 1:750 @ f/5.6 at 150 mm.

I think the quality of the shot is very good, but without seeing at least some facial expression (even if only partial) it's hard to get any feeling or emotion from the photo.

I love this type of candid work, I am however not brave enough to steal shots like this myself ... lol

Don't worry Steve, i was myself at least meters away, well underneath them, and i made sure the guy didn't see i was shooting him ;) !
