Hello,
I like the new upgrade of Fuji EX 2.0, but am also thinking of Bibble and Qimage. Has anyone used all of them? What are your thoughts on each one?
Thanks,
Mark

Tried 'em both for conversion of RAW, and like EX a lot better. Qimage is good for printing, though.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for your quick reply. I didn't like EX much before the upgrade, but like it a lot more now. Thom Hogan wrote that Qimage is better for skin tones than EX, but that was before the upgrade, so I'm not sure that it's still true. At only $39 for a lifetime of upgrades I think I'll give Qimage a try! So, there's no real advantage in Bibble?
Cheers,
Mark

It's user interface is more intuitive than Qimage's is, but I thought that the results were (if anything) a little better with Qimage than with Bibble. I haven't tried the recent versions of Bibble, though.

I did a review of the RAW file readers for Fuji S2 but since the resulting files were so large I only posted a set of my results as a text file.
See here for my thoughts. Please note these are my personal preferences/view.
FYI: http://s2pro.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=338
I compared 10 different images shot under different lighting conditions. The resulting files took up >3GB of disk space.
Thom Hogan has also done a good review and finds different results. http://www.bythom.com/raw.htm
As Thom says these assessments are very difficult job to keep the tests up to date and results are skewed by personal workflow and preferences.
