Nope, I check dealram whenever I feel the urge and last time, Dell had a deal on 2G Kingstons that I took advantage of.

I just picked up a couple of the 2GB PQI 100X speed at outpost.com works great with both my D200 or S2. At $49.99 each a very good deal
