D200 question, file numbering?

how do you set the file naming so the numbers dont reset? I could do it on the S2...havent figured it out. I've looked in the manuel but apperntly I'm blind or something. =( I have a custom name set up. In my case its bgc_001 etc.

I had this set but it didn't seem to be working - so I unset it and then set it again - now it's fine.
