I live on the coast Andre, and never seen a lighthouse built like that , great stonework, looking at this and your other pix , you've sure got some great clouds out there right now, we're sort of inbetween at the moment, one day good clouds , next overcast, next, bright but milky, then around again, weird .
P.S. glad you've posted your location, looks like me and swampy will have to nag away until more are posted.

You know what this means?. i'll have to go out this weekend to find a lighthouse, thanks.
igor , great shot(polarizer?), is it a fixed light, can't turn ?, can you reshoot it sometime ,as a normall pic, i've got an old sea dog two doors down who would love to see it.

Thanks for the comments.
There's something about lighthouses that makes good pictures.
I gotta go find some more :-)
Actually, the one at the top of this thread was apparently a windmill at one time.

Guys,
I must confess this is NOT a real lighthouse (that's why I took it in "s). It's a fake lighthouse built at our local "Sea-Disneyland" for kids. Hope you don't mind :)

O.K. igor although i don't remember promiseing anything , i've got next week off , and providing the weather stays fine i'll find one, just down the coast at Dover, there's the North Foreland Lighthouse, no longer a working one , but open to the public, so i'll go there , maybe do dover castle at the same time, been meaning to for a long time. Guess my old sea dog friend will have wait.
