Greetings,
I shot some stuff in Victoria at a surf contest. Here's a link to the images, in case you want to see more than this sample image.

Shot with a Sigma 50-500 at about 700mm, and at F8. Partly overcast so shot at ISO400. I tend too use the "S" focus, feathering the shutter button. Lens was hand held.
Shot in 4256 Fine mode, with sharpening off. I then sharpen images via PS, but the workflow is a bit of a pain. I might stick to Sharpening Hard in camera.
