I have about 15,000 actuations on my Kodak Pro slr/n with no problems. I shot a small wedding two days ago and all the images from 2 separate cards are corrupted with fine banding lines that are most noticeable in the darker parts of the image. The weather was cooler than most days around 10 deg C (50 F) and it's the only thing I can think of that might have caused this problem other than I usually use quick format to erase the cards. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I tried to duplicate the problem yesterday and all the images are perfect.
The only thing Kodak comes up with is to reset the digital side of the camera in the tools menu and secure erase the cards. Help!

While I don't have a Kodak, I think you are dealing with a "touchy" CCD; dosn't neccessarily has to be a "bad" CCD, but it might need remapping. My S2 has started to do a similar thing at anything above EI400, it's getting really bad with multiple coloured lines all over the place and the darker areas display a rectangular grid of sorts

Can you post a crop of one of the affected photos? This might help to identify the problem a bit better.

Cheers,
Chris
