Have started to experiment with different coating for canvas prints and have seen advertised DCP giclee varnish - a water based solvent.
I am currently trying a proprietary brand of wood varnish - in the UK it "does what it says on the tin". It seems to work very well and is at least half the price of "designer" giclee varnishes.
Does anyone have any experience of applying these paint on varnishes? Or which they have found best?
