Hello,

I have an Epson 2100 (US2200) - about 6 months old. Suddently I am starting to have problems with paper feed. Thin paper is no problem but Art papers which used to feed through the top perfectly well now won't go through. The printer fails to "grab" the paper in the top feeder and I get the red paper light coming on. Any suggestions? Thanks

Keith - I feed any of my 'art' paper (generally thicker paper - especially the Epson Velvet Art Paper) thru the manual feed in the back of the printer. Also - before you do that check the paper lever on the right side - perhaps it got moved to a different position.

I agree with Bill, also you could try to clean the rollers. I had a 2100 and it was scratching gloss prints as it came out. I think that one of the exit rollers was not quite straight. I had the printer replaced and the new one is fine.
I am getting some canvas on a roll to try this week.
