Camera is now on its way back to Fuji UK after speaking to their tech. dept. Ah well it was nice for a short while. Looking forward to getting it back tho'. Incidentally, There is a CCD cleaning kit available for £50UK.

Ya...It's most likely dust on your CCD. You can have Fuji clean, but you can clean it yourself with Sensor Swabs. There should have been a pamphlet in the box from Fuji (at least there was in the US version). Here's the site for the solution and swabs.
