Adobe PhotoShop Elements

I can't acquire images from the S2 directly into Adobe PhotoShop Elements because the S2 does'nt appear in the acquire menu. It is nevertheless possible using File>Open>...
Would it be an installation problem ? FinePix Viewer runs perfegtly.OS is Win XP.

Possibly because it does not use a TWAIN driver. I think you may need to use the 1394 capture software to acquire from the camera to disk.

I have not tried either, so I could be wrong.

By the way, I have seen 10, 20 and 30 meter 1394 cables for sale. You are going to need a very long leash if you plan to capture to disk.
