Warranty with a factory replaced S2

I just had my S2 replaced with a new one. What if I needed repairs on this body within my original warranty? Since the serial numbers are different on the reciept, will Fuji honor a within warranty repair?

You should have some paperwork showing what happened from the replacement and Fuji should also have record on your old serial number about them replacing it with a new camera, so it shouldn't be an issue...
