Swallows. D2x, ISO 640.

Well, one of the main reasons we purchse the D2x was shooting at high ISO, which was advertized as "enhanced" :)
Things aren't so bright here... I shot these fast guys at ISO640 with 400mm f/5.6 AIS lens, wide open on a bad overcast lighting. Only two more or less usable shots of approx. 30 frames :(

However even ONE good shot is better than none and worth the pain in the hands and red tearing eyes :)

Very nice Igor. :righton: I wish I had all your lenses (and the D2X). Your odds aren't bad; sometimes I've gotten only one real keeper shot out of three rolls of film (nowadays, 1/100 digital frames).

Great captures Igor - much of a crop? there does seem to be a bit of noise :(
'cause I'm quite impressed so far with some of my 400 & 640iso full frame jpeg images I'll try some RAW tomorrow If the rain blows away - duh

Andy, I believe the high ISO shots would look better on good, sunny lighting , but with dull weather even ISO200 looks noisy.
