Here's a hand held shot of a hummingbird taken with an 80-200 AF Nikkor, existing light, 800ISO, RAW, f11 @ 1/750, cropped 50%. Other than an operator error (top crop) it's as good an image as any camera/film combination would produce under the same circumstances. I'm first in line for a full frame S3 (although it wouldn't improve this image as I would just have to crop more) and until that happens I'm am a very happy user, now with over 9,000 images in the can (or on the disk in this case).
