this problem is haunting me again. I thought I had it fixed.
I take my 1GB Sandisk CF out of the S2 and place it into my Lexar CF card reader. then procede to print photos on my IBook. No Problem. I put the card back into the camera and take a picture & when I try to delete a new image or any old image- I get a "READ ERROR" after the image is deleted. And then the camera locks up.
I then re-formatt the card and then all is well.
I thought the problem was that I was placing the card into a PC computer and also the Mac. I stopped that and use it soley in the Mac............ no luck!!!! still get the Read Error.
