1Ds and 1D:

1. Three new languages (Russian, Traditional Chinese, and Korean) added to the camera menus.
2. Improvement in communication reliability when using some CF cards.

One extra for the 1D

3. The issue of communication failure between the camera and some personal computers has been fixed.

English is already in mine.
I'm not having any CF issues.
I don't connect the camera to the PC. :)

I did just have that CF issue I might try it.

BTW did you figure out if we can format in the camera yet instead of just delete files?

Some cameras are freezing after hitting "display" mine isn't however just thought I'd post the links in case anyones is.

Here's a note on it: What has changed in the version 1.1.3 firmware?
With the version 1.1.2 firmware, pressing the DISPLAY button right after shooting images resulted in an abnormal display and the camera would freeze. Images are not lost when this occurs. Also, removing and then reloading the battery restores the camera to normal operation. This version 1.1.3 firmware incorporates fixes for the issue described above.
