playback on tv

When I try to use the vidio cable from the camera to the tv, the picture rolls and is in snowy black and white.

I noticed this old post and since I have the same problem...I wondered if anyone else here has experienced this and perhaps, knows how to fix it?

Never had a bit of trouble. Try it on a different TV.

I've tried it on every TV in the house...same problem.

Possibly PAL and NTSC problems?
