Greetings,
Got my S2 today, and am testing Sigma's 75-750/4-6.3 effective lens.
This weekend I'm off to shoot some surfing.
Immediate impressions?
Lens.... very fast, quiet, not as heavy as I thought it was going to be. Can still hand-hold at 1/250th, but I'll be tripod'ing it mostly.
Versatility of this lens makes any drawbacks inconsequential. I'll have a better idea after the weekend, but I expect the lens will perform nicely.
Camera.... I've read that many reviews it seems second nature. Very easy to pick up and shoot, if you read the instruction manual. I feel extremely confident using the S2, and I've only had it 5 hours!
I'll update here from time to time my progress.
