Talk about a way to clog a freeway. Let’s have an accident on the left shoulder, and let’s park a CHP on the other direction’s left shoulder AAAAND, land a chopper on the right side. Still couldn’t imagine what was going on. Only one car on the side, and everyone was standing talking to the CHP officer. The guy in the chopper was just coming across the freeway with his medkit.
